Our cookies stay fresh for up to 8 days when stored in an airtight container at room temperature in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For the best taste and optimal consistency, we recommend enjoying the cookies within the first few days of receiving them.

🚚 Where do you deliver?

All cookies are freshly baked to order and carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We deliver throughout Germany with reliable shipping partners.

Delivery time:

  • Germany: approx. 4–5 business days

  • EU countries: up to 8 business days

♨️ How can I enjoy my cookies warm?

For a freshly baked taste experience, you can warm your cookie in the microwave for 10–15 seconds or place it in the oven at 160 °C for 3–5 minutes. This will make the cookie especially soft and the chocolate wonderfully gooey.

🍫 Are your cookies freshly baked?

Yes! Every order is freshly baked in small batches to ensure the highest quality, best taste, and maximum freshness.

🌱 Do your cookies contain allergens?

Yes. Our cookies contain:

  • Gluten (wheat)

  • Milk

  • Egg

Depending on the chocolate used, the products may also contain soy lecithin.

Despite the greatest care in production, traces of nuts, peanuts, sesame, and other allergens cannot be ruled out.
